Michael Garvin, True North’s Doctor of Hintology, says, “In winter, soon after you get a car wash you may require your windshield wipers only to find they don’t work. The problem may be caused by a small amount of car wash water freezing in the end of the washer nozzle, The problem may be solved simply by turning on the washer for a couple of seconds when you return to the outdoors. The washer fluid will displace the water and eliminate freezing.”
